Terms of Use

Last updated: August 10, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to agenticsociety.com and products offered by Agentic Society LLC (“Agentic Society,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Use of the Site

Users must comply with all laws and may not violate others' rights. Prohibited activities include transmitting harmful content, unauthorized system access, scraping, and reproducing course materials without permission.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, video, and audio, is the exclusive property of Agentic Society LLC and protected by copyright laws.

3. Membership, Billing, and Renewal

Agentic Society offers seat-based memberships and digital products, with the community and curriculum hosted on Skool. A membership seat is personal to you, and you agree not to share your login credentials. Current plans and rates are listed on our pricing page. All prices are shown in USD, and payments are processed by third-party providers.

A new Agentic Society membership begins with a first 90 days that is paid at checkout. After the first 90 days, membership continues month to month at the monthly rate then in effect, with no long-term contracts, until you cancel. We may change pricing for future months.

Teammates. A member may add teammates at the rate listed on our pricing page. Each teammate is a separate subscription: their first three months are paid at checkout, and their membership then renews automatically each month until it is cancelled. Adding or removing a teammate does not change any other membership.

You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@agenticsociety.com. Cancellation stops your next charge. Your access continues through the period you have already paid for, including the first 90 days.

Legacy and custom billing terms. Some members purchased on terms we no longer sell, including annual memberships and individually agreed installment plans. If you are on one of those plans, the billing period, rate, and renewal date you agreed to at purchase continue to apply until you cancel.

Founding Membership (closed). The Founding Membership program closed on August 7, 2026 and is not open to new members. Members who joined under a founding rate keep that rate at renewal for as long as their membership remains active without lapsing.

Agentic Advisory. An advisory day is a single private engagement, not a membership. It is qualified by application before purchase, is billed once, and does not auto-renew.

4. SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you expressly consent to receive informational and marketing text messages from Agentic Society at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming your opt-out.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@agenticsociety.com.

We will not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or text-messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

5. Recording and Transcription of Meetings

As a condition of membership, you acknowledge and agree that all Agentic Society meetings, events, calls, and sessions are recorded and transcribed. By participating, you understand that everything is recorded.

We use these recordings and transcripts to deliver personalized follow-up, make relevant introductions and connections between members, and build AI agents and technology that support the goals of our members and the community. If you would like specific parts of a transcript read back to you, redacted, or kept unpublished, email hello@agenticsociety.com and we will honor reasonable requests.

6. The “Do the Work” Guarantee and Refunds

Our guarantee on Agentic Society memberships is this: complete at least 75% of the video trainings, and if your first AI Employee is not live by the end of your 90-day sprint, our AI advisors will work with you privately until it is working.

To start a guarantee claim, email hello@agenticsociety.com with a written explanation of where you are stuck. We will ask to see your progress through the video trainings, so we can work with you to get your first AI Employee running.

The guarantee is a promise of work, not of money. Membership payments are final and we do not issue refunds or prorated refunds for a period that is already underway. You may cancel at any time to stop your next charge.

7. Community Standards

Members must engage respectfully. Violations including harassment, spam, or illegal content may result in removal without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without guaranteed results or error-free operation. Agentic Society teaches and helps you build AI agents and tools. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete, are not professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice, and you are responsible for reviewing them and deciding how to use them.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Links and Platforms

We aren't responsible for third-party platforms like Skool, Go High Level, Stripe, or Meta.

11. Governing Law

Texas law governs; disputes resolve in Travis County courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms, revising the “Last updated” date to indicate changes. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
