Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to agenticsociety.com and products offered by Agentic Society LLC (“Agentic Society,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Use of the Site

Users must comply with all laws and may not violate others' rights. Prohibited activities include transmitting harmful content, unauthorized system access, scraping, and reproducing course materials without permission.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, video, and audio, is the exclusive property of Agentic Society LLC and protected by copyright laws.

3. Membership, Billing, and Renewal

Agentic Society offers seat-based memberships and digital products, with the community and curriculum hosted on Skool. A membership seat is personal to you, and you agree not to share your login credentials. Current plans and rates are listed on our pricing page. All prices are shown in USD, and payments are processed by third-party providers.

Memberships are sold in 90-day terms. Each seat bills at the start of the term and renews automatically every 90 days at the rate then in effect for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We may change pricing for future terms.

You may cancel at any time before your next renewal by emailing hello@agenticsociety.com. Cancellation stops your next renewal, and your access continues through the end of the 90-day term you have already paid for.

Legacy and custom billing terms. Some members purchased on terms we no longer sell, including annual memberships and individually agreed installment plans. If you are on one of those plans, the billing period, rate, and renewal date you agreed to at purchase continue to apply until you cancel.

Founding Membership (closed). The Founding Membership program closed on August 7, 2026 and is not open to new members. Members who joined under a founding rate keep that rate at renewal for as long as their membership remains active without lapsing.

Agentic Advisory. An advisory day is a single private engagement, not a membership. It is qualified by application before purchase, is billed once, and does not auto-renew.

4. SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you expressly consent to receive informational and marketing text messages from Agentic Society at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming your opt-out.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@agenticsociety.com.

We will not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or text-messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

5. Recording and Transcription of Meetings

As a condition of membership, you acknowledge and agree that all Agentic Society meetings, events, calls, and sessions are recorded and transcribed. By participating, you understand that everything is recorded.

We use these recordings and transcripts to deliver personalized follow-up, make relevant introductions and connections between members, and build AI agents and technology that support the goals of our members and the community. If you would like specific parts of a transcript read back to you, redacted, or kept unpublished, email hello@agenticsociety.com and we will honor reasonable requests.

6. Refunds: The “Do the Work” Guarantee

Our guarantee on Agentic Academy and Agentic Society memberships is this: complete at least 75% of the content, meetings, and events made available in your first 30 days to build the AI workflow we teach you. If you are not satisfied with your growth using AI in those 30 days, we will work with you 1-on-1 until it is working, and if you are still not satisfied, we will refund you in full.

To start a guarantee claim, email hello@agenticsociety.com with a written explanation of what you expected and what you experienced. We will ask to see the content, meetings, and events you completed and the workflow you built, so we can work with you to get it running first. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Outside this guarantee, membership payments are final and we do not issue prorated refunds for a term that is already underway. You may cancel at any time to stop your next renewal, but the term you are in is non-refundable.

7. Community Standards

Members must engage respectfully. Violations including harassment, spam, or illegal content may result in removal without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without guaranteed results or error-free operation. Agentic Society teaches and helps you build AI agents and tools. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete, are not professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice, and you are responsible for reviewing them and deciding how to use them.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Links and Platforms

We aren't responsible for third-party platforms like Skool, Go High Level, Stripe, or Meta.

11. Governing Law

Texas law governs; disputes resolve in Travis County courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms, revising the “Last updated” date to indicate changes. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
